How can I get to IFEMA, Feria de Madrid?

The address of IFEMA is: Feria de Madrid, Parque Juan Carlos I, Av. Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid.

Getting there by car
Feria de Madrid is connected by road to Madrid’s main access and ring roads: M 11 (Exits 5 and 7), M 40 (Exits 5, 6 and 7) and A2 (Exit 7). The South, North and East Entrances to the exhibition centre provide direct access to the different parking areas.

Arriving by plane
Madrid Barajas Airport is located just 10 minutes from the exhibition centre, and just 15 kilometres from the city centre, which it is connected to by Metro (Airport Stations T-1, T-2 and T-3). It has become one of the main international airports, with its new T-4 airport station, guaranteeing daily connections from the Feria de Madrid to all cities in Spain and the rest of the world.

Getting there by metro
The Feria de Madrid can be reached from any point in the city on Line 8 – Feria de Madrid Station, whose exit leads to the South Entrance of the exhibition centre. This line also connects the fairgrounds with the different terminals of Barajas International Airport.

Getting there by bus
A wide network of buses allows you to get to the Feria de Madrid from different parts of the city:
Line 112-Mar de Cristal-Feria de Madrid – Bº Aeropuerto.

Line 122-Avda. de América-Campo de las Naciones-Feria de Madrid.

Line 828-Universidad Autónoma-Alcobendas-Canillejas-Feria de Madrid.

Information about discounts are available in the corresponding section in this site: Plan your trip.

Where can I park?

The fair offers ample parking spaces. Please see the attached printable map for a map of the halls, car parks and entrances.

IMPORTANT: If you pay for parking on arrival, you will benefit from a single, lower rate for the whole day. If you are only there for a few hours, you should calculate that this is more advantageous for you. The car parks are managed directly by IFEMA, Feria de Madrid and not by the organisers of Cannabisforum.

How much does it cost

Generally, access to the fair as well as to conferences, workshops and events is free for professionals related to the sectors of the fair.

Occasionally there may be events that are not free and will be identified as such.

How can I register?

The advantage of registering online is that when you arrive at the fair you do not have to queue. Once you have registered via our online form, you will automatically receive your badge, which you only have to cut out and wear on the day of the fair. At the entrance you will find lanyards with plastic badge holders to attach your badge and you are ready to go through the control.

You need to fill in the online form to register as a visitor to the exhibition area and to the lectures or workshops. On the same form you can also choose which events you would like to attend. This way we ensure the control of the halls and avoid that some people do not have a seat.

The badge is valid for both days of the event.

How can I certify my attendance to the workshops?

To certify your attendance to the conferences and/or workshops you can hand in your details at the reception of the fair. Once the event is over, you will receive the document.

Where can I eat during the event?

The cafeteria is open in hall 5 and offers lunch menus. There are also a number of restaurants outside the south entrance to the IFEMA exhibition centre. Cannabisforum often coincides with other events held at IFEMA. For this reason, the restaurants located in the central corridor of the fairgrounds are usually open, although to gain access you must register as a visitor at the main entrance (North or South) of the fairgrounds.
